FIELD: transportation package.
SUBSTANCE: invention covers closing device for can comprising cylindrical case, closed from below, and peripheral sidewall with top edge, as well as base ring arranged inside cylindrical case. Said base ring is formed by circular belt formed by recess in peripheral sidewall and is tightly jointed to peripheral sidewall, thus, forming can top opening and mounting surface for sealing element. Said recess seats apart radially from sidewall top edge and protrudes radially inside cylindrical case. Said circular belt has inner edge in the form of convex arc. Sealing element is formed by solid cover comprising base, peripheral wall with its top edge resting upon the section of cylindrical case peripheral sidewall, above can top opening, and circular recess with shapes as concave arc directed radially outward and coupled with inner edge of circular belt in fitting cover on mounting surface.
EFFECT: closing device for can wherein circular belt doubles as cab base ring and mounting surface for reliable axial locking.
