LID FOR REPEATEDLY SEALED CONTAINER, CONTAINERS, IN PARTICULAR, JARS FOR BEVERAGE, COMPRISING SAID LID FOR REPEATEDLY SEALED CONTAINER, METHODS OF MANUFACTURING SUCH CONTAINERS AND USE OF SAID CONTAINER LID Russian patent published in 2016 - IPC B65D17/32

Abstract RU 2578120 C2

FIELD: packaging industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a lid of repeatedly sealed containers, in particular jars for beverage, comprising a lid of repeatedly sealed container, to methods of manufacturing such containers and the use of such a container lid. The lid of repeatedly sealed container has a lid surface with the upper side and the lower side, a peripheral edge and a zone for dispensing opening bounded by a peripheral weakened profile. The lever tab is attached with the ability of rotation to the lid surface by the fastening means for at least partial opening the dispensing opening area. The lever tab comprises the first and the second end portions, where the first end portion, in the open position, is at least connected to partial overlapping with the segment of the area for dispensing opening. The lever tab comprises also a closure module comprising a closure belt which rests on the upper side of the lid surface, and which, in the closure position, passes along the dispensing opening with providing air-tightness. The closure module also comprises a closure means with the possibility of repeated sealing of the opening, surrounded by the closure belt. In addition, the invention relates to a container comprising this container lid, a method of manufacturing the repeatedly sealed container using the lids of containers, described above.

EFFECT: possibility of easy and sequenced-flow manufacturing under conditions of mass production of containers for beverage, in which the beverage continues to maintain its original quality and, in case of carbonated beverages - the initial concentration of dissolved carbon dioxide over a longer period of time after the first opening and repeated closing.
