FIELD: packing. SUBSTANCE: cap 10 designed for turning onto container with threaded upper portion, such as vessels for carbonized drinks, has cylindrical continuous strip 11 preventing unauthorized opening of container. Strip is connected by many breakable jumpers 13 to free edge of skirt 16 of cap 10. Strip 11 has inner belt 18 divided into segments which comes into meshing with outer fixing flange of container when cap 10 is fitted on so that after removal of cap 10 strip 11 preventing unauthorized opening of container remains on container or is damaged so that removal of cap from container can be easily detected. Strip 11 is provided with longitudinal reinforcement by means of projections 25 and 28 or other thickened areas to ensure longitudinal rigidity of strip 11 and provide its expansion over fixing flange on container. Belt 18 has first ring side 21 with sectional surface with radial outer portion 23 in form of truncated cone, contributing to forming of belt 18, and radial inner flat portion. proposed invention makes it difficult to remove cap 10 from container without breaking the jumpers of strip 11.
