SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the industry of construction materials and specifically to making foamed concrete. The raw mixture for making structural heat-insulating foamed concrete contains the following, wt %: cement 23.0-25.0; thermal power plant flue ash with specific surface area of 2800-5000 cm2/g 15.0-20.0; air-entraining extraction-colophonic resin 0.11-0.17; carboxymethyl cellulose 0.11-0.17; superplasticiser C-3 0.2-0.3; ground up expanded perlite with specific surface area of 500-1000 cm2/g 23.0-25.0; water - the rest.

EFFECT: lower cement consumption without loss of quality of the foamed concrete.
