SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the industry of construction materials and specifically to making foamed concrete. The raw mixture for making structural heat-insulating foamed concrete contains the following, wt %: cement 27.0-29.0; thermal power plant flue ash with specific surface area of 2800-5000 cm2/g 37.0-40.0; air-entraining extraction-colophonic resin 0.06-0.1; carboxymethyl cellulose 0.06-0.1; superplasticiser C-3 0.7-1.1; synthetic fibre filler cut into 2-10 mm long pieces 1.3-1.7; water - the rest.
EFFECT: lower cement consumption without loss of quality of the foamed concrete.
