SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the industry of construction materials and specifically to making foamed concrete. The crude mixture for making structural heat-insulating foamed concrete contains the following, wt %: cement 31-33; thermal power plant flue ash 40.0-43.0; air-entraining extraction rosin 0.05-0.07; carboxylmethyl cellulose 0.05-0.07, superplasticiser C-3 1.8-2.1, capron fibre cut into 5-15 mm pieces 5-15, water - the rest. The fibre may be spun.
EFFECT: lower cement consumption without loss of quality of the foamed concrete.
