FIELD: chemistry; biochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and can be used in tissue engineering for creating new functional tissue of the required type. Pluripotent stem cells of subcutaneous fat and embryonic fibroblasts are separately cultured in the presence of the basic fibroblast growth factor which is then removed. Pluripotent stem cells of subcutaneous fat and embryonic fibroblasts are cultured together in a culture medium containing a collagen-chitosan structure on which embryonic fibroblasts are first deposited in a complete culture medium, and then a conditioned culture medium and pluripotent stem cells of subcutaneous fat in a complete culture medium.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a skin cell matrix in vitro which, owing to presence of a chitosan biopolymer therein, has good cell adhesion properties except substrate cytogenotoxicity and is suitable for direct transplantation.
