FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction of buildings and structures on slab foundation on natural ground under conditions of compact urban development. Method for erection of comprehensive development buildings includes arrangement of slab foundation on natural ground with formation of technologically through channels in it in process of bay concreting and further staged erection of separate building sections with simultaneous injection of cement mortar via technological through channels into ground. Technological through channels are formed in foundation slab at the border between sections of buildings, and injectors are installed in them. Injection of cement mortar into ground is carried out via injectors as existing building settles down prior to and/or in process of building section erection by means of multiple injection under pressure that exceeds pressure of ground hydraulic rupture till rated compensation of occurred settling.

EFFECT: invention provides for staged erection of building sections near to existing one, reduction of settling and heeling, reduced labour expenses and material intensity.
