FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods and devices of vibration-free concreting, more precisely, to methods and device for laying and power speed inertial compaction under high pressure. In case of variation purpose and realisation (control and optimisation) of integral indices of parametres of mixture, and/or modes of torch and/or characteristics of space medium, increased strength of concrete at early stage of hardening, increased thickness of laid and compacted mixture per single stage of concreting, reduced losses of mixture in process of laying with compaction. Method realises concreting under ultrahigh pressure with application of speed power inertial characteristic of components, in which operations are combined into continuous single serial process of mixture preparation, its unloading, transportation, reconstruction of flow, unloading of mixture flow for its laying with compaction, in particular by means of stabilisation of concrete mixture homogeneity. Device is intended for implementation of the method.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to optimise values of compaction coefficient of vibration-free laid concrete mix.
