FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of construction and is intended for preparation of concrete mix and building mortars. Method for production of concrete mix includes distribution of inertial and binding materials through weight feeders directly into mixing drum of agitator truck for mix preparation in process of transportation, at that prior to charging of inertial materials they are previously mixed with the help of belt conveyor and supplied through unloading hopper into neck of mixing drum, at that loading of concrete mix components is realised as follows: at first 80% of water is supplied together with 100% of superplasticising complex chemical additive, then 10-20% of inertial materials are supplied in equal portions, then remaining 80-90% of inertial materials and 20% of water, in process of loading agitator truck is switched on and all components are finally mixed directly in mixing drum of agitator truck. Method of preparation is realised with the help of process line, process equipment of which is installed inside metal frame at three levels, the upper level includes the following components: drive drum of belt conveyor for supply of inertial materials, distributing rotary hopper, filter for air purification, cyclones, heating radiators, telfer, hoppers of binding and inertial materials, in the middle one the following are located: weight feeders of binding and inertial materials, pipeline manifold for water supply, water reservoir, mixer-batcher for preparation of water solution with complex chemical additives, feeder of complex chemical additives, belt conveyor of previous mixing, heating radiators, control panel, lower level comprises unloading hopper and platform for agitator truck access.

EFFECT: increased efficiency, higher quality of concrete mix, possibility to transport concrete mix at significant distances.
