FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention is attributed to the field of construction, specifically to protection of residential buildings against flood. Reinforced concrete pillars have guides, where walls of the first floor are arranged as non-fixed and lifted by lift. Walls of lower floor are located in guides. Walls are lifted along guides by lift. Supports are placed under walls and fixed to pillars. Water floods the first floor, but does not reach the second floor. After some time water goes down. Reinforced concrete pillars and reinforced concrete foundation are not damaged. Tenants lower the ladder and go down. They remove the supports and lower the walls. Then floor is laid, and furniture of the first floor is put back in place. Houses of proposed design are not damaged after flooding. Expenses for their repair will be less.
EFFECT: invention protects the first floor against the damage as it is flooded with water.
