PROCEDURE FOR SAMPLE DRAWING FROM PIPELINE AND FACILITY FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THIS PROCEDURE Russian patent published in 2010 - IPC G01N1/10

Abstract RU 2391645 C2

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: facility consists of case, and of rod installed in case and designed to travel in it. The rod divides an internal chamber of the case in two chambers. The first chamber is hydraulically communicated with a circuit of the first fluid medium, while the second chamber is hydraulically connected with the circuit of the second fluid medium. A sampler is installed in the circuit of the second fluid medium; this sampler is designed to take specified number of samples for specified time from the second chamber. Also the first chamber is connected with the circuit of the first fluid medium by means of an inlet main. On the side of the first fluid medium circuit this main has a section made in form of a bypass line accommodated for continuous pass of part of flow of the circuit of the first fluid medium during taking specified number of samples. Notably, a gate and a valve are installed on the inlet main; they facilitate flow of the single sample of the first fluid medium from the bypass line into the first chamber during taking the single sample of the second fluid medium. The case of the facility can also be disassembled from the circuit of the second fluid medium. The procedure consists in single sample of the first fluid medium coming into one of the chambers formed with rod in an internal cavity of the case. Incoming of the single sample of the first fluid medium into the first chamber is facilitated under effect of working pressure of flow in the circuit of the first fluid medium during single sampling of the second fluid medium from the second chamber of the said case. Also the first chamber is hydraulically connected with the circuit of the first fluid medium by means of an inlet main. On the side of the first fluid medium circuit this main has a section made in form of a bypass line accommodated for continuous pass of part of flow of the circuit of the first fluid medium during taking specified number of samples. Single sampling from the second chamber is performed with the sampler installed in the circuit of the second fluid medium hydraulically connected with the second chamber; the sampler is designed for specified sampling during specified time.

EFFECT: high quality of sampling by means of increased representation and reliability due to maintaining pressure in sample.
