FIELD: test equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to testing apparatus hydraulic fluids, comprising sealed tank for test liquid with filling pipe in upper part and outlet branch pipe in bottom, in parallel connected to each other pumps of different capacity, which suction lines are connected to outlet branch pipe of tank through corresponding individual shut-off valves, pressure lines of these pumps through individual shut-off valves are connected to connected to inlet branch pipe of filling of tested liquid into tank to circulation circuit, in which a high-pressure filter and a low-pressure filter are installed in series along the flow, samplers and instrumentation devices installed at the target indicator points. Plant is characterized by that the tank is equipped with a pneumatic pressure release element above the tested liquid, installation additionally contains system for creation of excess pressure in tank at temperature or below 125 °C, or higher than 125 °C, consisting of compressed air receiver and nitrogen receiver, which are individually connected to corresponding inlet branch pipe of tank, at the outlet of each of which are installed in series in flow a shut-off and check valves; operating simulator of drives of hydraulic system of equipment, using tested hydraulic fluid, consisting of hydraulic pressure release element and controlled throttles, which inputs through individual shut-off valves are connected in remote from each other points after high-pressure filter to circulation circuit, and the outputs of these throttles are combined and connected through the corresponding shut-off valve to the circulation circuit at a point separated by the shut-off valve from the connection point of the last upstream of the controlled throttle and downstream of which additionally introduced three-way valve and reduction-heat exchanger are installed in series in flow direction in circulation circuit in front of low pressure filter, bypass hydraulic line of which through corresponding channel of three-way valve is connected to hydraulic element of pressure release from simulator, and program sequence control unit, to input of which are connected to pump drives torque motor rpm sensor, liquid temperature and pressure sensors in pumps, in hydraulic system operation simulator and in circulation circuit, and sensors of temperature, pressure and level of tested liquid in tank and pressure sensor in vapor-gas mixture above tested liquid in tank, and the outputs of the program control unit are connected to controlled throttles of the actuator simulator and actuators of the pumps, wherein the shutoff valves of the plant have two-way communication with the program control unit.
EFFECT: broader technological capabilities of tests HF due to simulation of actual operation conditions of hydraulic systems of various types of aircraft and ground equipment.
