FIELD: oil production. SUBSTANCE: this procedure can be employed in branches of industry where high precision in determination of parameters of fluid transferred over pipe-lines is required. In accordance with procedure to sample fluid from pipe-line sampling element is installed in main pipe-line and part of flow of pipe-line is pumped through intake element under excessive pressure and through bypass pump-line connected in series with it. Sampling elements are also positioned in bypass pipe-line. Samples are taken manually through one of sampling elements. Another sampling element is connected over conduit to automatic sampler and bypass pipe-line. Samples are taken by automatic sampler from this conduit with use of homogenization of flow in bypass pipe-line. Outlet of sampling element for automatic sampling is located at bottom of bypass pipe-line. System " bypass pipe-line-sampling element- automatic sampler "is bandaged with use of this conduit possessing greater hydraulic pressure than hydraulic pressure in section of bypass pipe- line linked in parallel with conduit. Tube arranged vertically or inclined downwards from sampling element is utilized for bandage. To implement this procedure there is used device including sampling element installed in main pipe-line, bypass pipe-line connected in series with sampling element, dispergators and sampling elements installed in bypass pipe-line, sample collectors and gear that forms excessive pressure across sampling element of main pipe-line. Bypass pipe-line is connected to end of tube used to bandage system " bypass-pipe-line-sampling element-automatic sampler " downstream from dispergator and sampling element for manual taking of samples. Sampling element is mounted in case of dispergator. Outlet of sampling element for automatic sampler is positioned at bottom of bypass pipe-line for automatic sampling from horizontal section of bypass pipe-line. Tube to bandage system is installed inclined or vertically downwards from outlet of sampling element. EFFECT: provision for high accuracy of sampling in process of quantitative and qualitative control over fluid transferred over pipe-line. 2 cl, 2 dwg, 1 tbl
