SUBSTANCE: in order to determine activity of nonspecific ulcer colitis in children type IV collagen is determined in patient's blood serum. If its values are within the range from 53 to 104 mcg/l 1 degree is determined, from 104 to 201 mcg//l - 2 degree, from 201 mcg//l and higher - 3 degree of activity.
EFFECT: simplification and reduction of trauma of determining degree of nonspecific ulcer colitis activity in children.
