SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of veterinary. Method includes single subcutaneous introduction of vaccine against paraflu-3 and infectious cattle rhinotracheitis dry cultural live in dose 2 ml to cows 1.5 month before delivery. Additionally cows are immunized with Coli-Vac K99 vaccine, intramuscularly, in dose 10 cm³ and 10-15 days after that in dose - 15 cm³. 15-60 minutes after birth 5% glucose solution in dose 1 ml/kg of body weight, 5% ascorbic acid solution in dose 2 ml per animal and intramuscularly 5% unitiole solution in dose 1 ml/10 kg of body weight are simultaneously introduced to newborn calves obtained from said cows.

EFFECT: method contributes to formation of more intense colostral immunity in newborn calves with low viability in comparison with analogues.
