FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: method consists of bread grinding and adding of aromatic additive and dried milk, and it differs with using of dried mushrooms powder as an additive, though the amount of dried mushroom powder is 3-15% and dried milk amount is 29-30% of crumbs mass which are dried till its liquid amount is 1-3%.
EFFECT: invention allows to obtain wide range of different food products using off-quality bread.
