FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to urgent cardiology. Electric cardiogram is registered and segment ST is measured. Electric cardiogram is monitored continuously in 12 leads before and for 60 minutes after beginning of thrombolytic therapy, simultaneously continuously value of segment ST displacement is calculated for each of the leads, and in case if elevation of segment ST increases in the lead where rise was maximal, to 140% and higher of initial value during the time not exceeding 10 minutes and restoration to initial level for not more than 15 minutes, conclusion about thrombolytic therapy efficiency is made.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce time necessary for evaluation of thrombolytic therapy efficiency essentially.
