FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cardiology, cardiovascular surgery, anaesthesiology and critical care medicine, and can be used for prediction of lethal outcome in patients with cardiogenic shock. Determine the patient's age (X1). Determine the level of atherosclerotic disease of coronary arteries by SYNTAX scale (X2). Determine the level of achieved blood flow during revasculization procedure by TIMI scale (X3). At that, X3=0, if TIMI is 0-2 points, and X3=1, if the blood flow by TIMI is 3 points. Calculate possible prognosis of a fatal outcome by the elaborated formula.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce a risk of fatal outcome in patients with acute coronary syndrome, complicated cardiogenic shock, when using invasive tactics of treatment, to timely select the optimum volume of intervention and to perform required resuscitation by constructing a predictive model of probable lethality depending on the initial state of the patient.
