FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to traumatology-orthopedics and oncology, and can be used in treatment of traumatic defects, osteodestructive diseases and tumours localised in metaepiphyeal parts of bones. Method includes replacement of post-resection defect with spacer from bone cement, its further removal and endoprosthetics of affected joint. At the first stage spacer is formed with volume larger than removed tumour block and isolation of wrist bones from installed spacer by means of biological gasket is performed. At the second stage dorsal ligament stabilising hand joint is created from lavsan ribbon passed under bases of 2-4 metacarpal bones and through the opening of radial prosthesis component with crossing on its dorsal surface. Edges of connective tissue capsule, formed around spacer, are mobilised and it is sewn above spacer and ligament.
EFFECT: method prevents prolapse of endoprosthesis components and dislocation.
