FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to mining and can be applied for extraction of gold and other heavy metals from gravel deposits by sluice flushing method. Flushing device for gold recovery includes water jet, water washing table, water elevator, pressure sludge line, water sieve, deep sluice, shallow sluice. Water sieve is mounted between deep sluice and shallow sluices and is comprised of two parts. First part of water sieve is placed along sludge feed flow from deep sluice, while the second part of water sieve is placed across direction of fore-grate material feed from first sieve part. Grate of first sieve part is conjugated with grate of the second sieve part by transit wall, and grate of the second sieve part passes into guide chute at the end part. After-grate section of water sieve is connected with shallow sluices.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of dressing, reduced power consumption of sand processing.
