FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to mineral dressing and can be used in iron ore dressing. Magnetic hydroseparator for iron ore dressing includes vertical case with feeder and top drain, circular magnetic system mounted below drain level, discharge cone with flushing device. Circular magnetic system of hydroseparator includes device for drainage material sediment removal from the system surface. Device for drainage material sediment removal includes at least one set of elastic membranes mounted on the internal surface of circular magnetic system. Elastic membranes are mounted so as to allow for compressed air feed into the space between membrane and circular magnetic system.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of dressing, improved concentrate quality, reduced energy consumption.
