FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: iron-bearing ore benefication method involves wet grinding of basic ore in the first grinding circuit, the first stage of magnetic separation of the ground ore, and grouping of the obtained magnetic product in discharge and sands, which, after being crushed in the second grinding circuit, are fed to the second stage of magnetic separation, and then its magnetic product is returned to be grouped, and the discharge is desludged and fed to the third stage of magnetic separation, as well as remnants of all the magnetic separation stages are discharged to sludge storage facilities. After the first and the second stages of magnetic separation of the ground iron-bearing ore the released magnetic iron ore grains are extracted from each obtained magnetic product to the final concentrate by means of wet high-selectivity magnetic separator, and the rest parts of those products are grouped. Magnetic product of the third stage of magnetic separation is supplied to the second grinding circuit.

EFFECT: improving benefication process effectiveness and process line efficiency, and reducing operating and capital costs.
