FIELD: production of construction materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of articles from autoclave aerated concrete. Method includes preparation of a crude mixture by mixing the initial components of the mixture, pouring it into a mold, forming and holding the massif, tilting the massif in the mold on a removable side, disassembling the mold, solid wood transportation on detachable board used as a pallet, solid mass cutting into articles, autoclave treatment of articles with subsequent packing and loading of finished goods. At the same time, at the stage of formation and holding, the massif is subjected to vibration by immersing the vibro-crest rods into the massif body to a depth not exceeding 0.8 of the massif height, and moving the vibratory crest, which vibrates, along the mold with the massif at speed of 1.5–2 m/min for 2–5 minutes.
EFFECT: improving physical and mechanical characteristics of articles made from autoclave aerated concrete due to formation of a homogeneous porous structure of aerated concrete mass.
