SUBSTANCE: proposed method is based on using electromagnetic propulsor that operates on electrisation of the medium boundary layer and acting thereon by moving magnetic field. Spatial motion is ensured by a certain arrangement of propulsors on vehicle that complies with the number of degrees of freedom. Absence of moving mechanical parts in proposed propulsor allows fast variation of both speed and direction.
EFFECT: spatial motion in various directions and fixing independent of medium character.
