SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydro- and aerodynamics of objects moving in space and can be used in ship and rocket building. Set of inventions aims at developing new method of varying thrust force for vehicle that can move in water, air and airless space. Thrust force is generated thanks to electrisation of medium boundary layer (induction of free electric charges) and imparting centrifugal forces from movable magnetic field to charges and associated mass. Medium density deficit is created and thrust force is generated for vehicle body. This invention differs in that discharge device that effects electrisation of boundary layer is integrated with inverted stator that generates moving magnetic field. Motion in space is ensured by certain arrangement of propulsors on vehicle made in compliance with required number of degrees of freedom and algorithm of starting said propulsors.
EFFECT: increased thrust and reduced power consumption.
