FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: when manufacturing frame of part from reinforcing fibrous materials, frame is moulded in die, impregnated with binder and further polymerised. Moulding of frames is done in dies with lengthy through slots with links in walls, pulling of frames by technological loops to links with their further stitching with fibres via slots in dies, afterwards technological loops are cut, frames are withdrawn from dies with slots, impregnated with binder, installed into moulding dies, and polymerisation is carried out.

EFFECT: expansion of technical resources of parts manufacturing from composite materials of complex configuration with improvement of technical characteristics of produced structure elements.
