FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of preforms of articles from polymer composite materials (PCM)—blanks based on reinforcing fibers. Invention relates to a method for manufacturing a multilayer fibrous work piece of flat shape, consisting in creation of three-dimensional structure from layers of reinforcing fibers by means of automated directed strip according to TFP-technology of first layer to substrate, fixed with subsequent layers of fixing threads of zigzag line, and further impregnation of formed frame with binder, wherein density of laying layers of reinforcing fibers, characterizing spacing between layers, is 58 standard units, with 1 standard unit = 0.05 mm for control program by embroidery equipment, length of zigzag stitch—thread pitch of fixing thread is 7 mm with stitch width equal to 5 mm, at that direction of laying layers of reinforcing fiber is set according to pattern: [0°, +45°, 90°, −45°], which is repeated every 4 layers when selecting required thickness of preform. Technical result in the form of optimization of the specified technological process is achieved due to that during production of preforms of products from PCM there are constant parameters of operation of striping of workpiece layers: stacking density, length and width of the zigzag-like stitch at varying orientation of laying layers, which result in maximum impregnation speed of the structural frame and quality of the formed composite.
EFFECT: invention can be used in basic industries, such as aircraft engineering, space industry, power engineering, shipbuilding and automotive industry, for production of parts and their components from PCM, which can withstand extreme mechanical loads.
