SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of manufacturing monolithic housing products made of composite material for monocoque type bearing systems, in particular to the method for manufacturing monolithic housing products made of composite material using a pressure elastic membrane. The method includes the manufacture of a formative equidistant to the inner surface of the resulting product, the formation of an elastic membrane shell on the forming core, the laying of reinforcing material, the use of a polymer binder to bind the fibers of the reinforcing filler or the use of a prepreg, the assembly of forming fittings on bolted joints, the molding of the product with polymerization of the binder in the forming tooling using the impact of the specified elastic membrane on the workpiece of the product from the inner surface of the workpiece, extraction of the molded product together with the elastic membrane from the forming equipment, removal of the membrane from the molded product. In this case, the forming core is removed from the elastic membrane after its formation due to the technological opening through which a nipple is placed in the membrane, through which air or inert gas is supplied under excessive pressure.

EFFECT: development of a method for manufacturing monolithic body products made of composite material using a pressure elastic membrane in order to manufacture complex shapes of hollow geometry with different sections and branches and the possibility of including various subassemblies in the assembly within one technological process.
