SUBSTANCE: method for 3D definition of resource parametres of a landplot within a specific area for definition of its cadastral value relates to performance of cadastral registration of landplot in agriculture. The method for 3D definition of resource parametres of a landplot within a specific area for definition of its cadastral value involves geodesic measurement of the landplot area. Additionally one performs a 3D measurement of the landplot based on measurement of the coordinate component of the resource parametres at different spots of the specific landplot. One identifies regularities of measurement of cadastral value indices at preset moments of the exploitation period by way of linear dynamic modelling enabling generation of the landplot virtual model. The resource parametres of the landplot soil are defined per each temporal exploitation period accounting for discrete retirement of part of the resources which were available as of beginning of the period being modelled.

EFFECT: improved precision of 3D measurement and retrieval of more reliable information on the landplot resource components based whereon one can define cadastral value.
