FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: proposed group of inventions relates to metrology and computer equipment and may be used for verification of frequency and period measurements. The first version of the device design contains a rectangular pulse generator (RPG), a counter, a frequency code setter (FCS), an indicator, a unitary-to-binary code scrambler (UBCS), a microcontroller (MC), a transceiver, a personal computer (PC), a timer, a trigger, the first and the second switchboards, the first - third switches, a button, the first and the second AND elements, an OR element, the first and the second single vibrators, the first - sixth resistors, an output terminal (OT). In the second design version the device includes RPG, the first - third switches, the first and the second UBCSs, MC, a transceiver, PC, OT.
EFFECT: improved precision of the device and extension of its functional capabilities.
