FIELD: physics, radio.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering, namely: antenna-feeder equipment and can be used to receive radio signals in the shortwave range. The standing wave antenna consists of a double-wire collecting line which is connected to the input of the receiver at the first end and closed at the other end into an active resistor equal to characteristic impedance of the collecting line, and not less than two pairs of symmetrical quarter-wave antennae, connected to the double-wire collecting line at equal distance through active decoupling resistors. To achieve the technical result, the double-wire collecting line is made in form of series-connected identical resonance sections of delay-line structures having anomalous dispersion and length which does not exceed λ/8, where λ is the shortest wavelength of the operating range of the antenna.
EFFECT: design of an antenna with length which does not exceed 5λ, with retention of the range of received wavelengths, achieved using a full-sized antenna.
