SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pager communication. A two-way paging system with message delivery confirmation is proposed. The system includes a system of paging centre equipment, a base station and a pager which can send a short reply to the base station after delivery of the message. The reception antenna of the base station which receives the reply is at the same height as the transmission antenna of that base station. Sensitivity of the reception system at the base station when receiving a reply at f2 ΔSbf2 is related to sensitivity of the receiver of the pager when receiving messages at f1 ΔSrf1 by the inequality ΔSbf2≥ΔSrf1.
EFFECT: reduced radio frequency radiation interference in a two-way pager communication system.
