FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: each sequence of exchange of messages between base station (BS) and user's stations contains a slot for broadcasting outgoing control for the transmission of the information of control of communication lines, slots of the exchange of user information, slots of easy access for subscribers entering again. In the channel of the exchange of messages HF bearing frequency modulate low-frequency bi-spectral organised signal. The information broadcasting slot of outgoing control is duplicated with a high frequency bi-spectrally organised signal, which is transmitted in the additional channel of control. At the user station the quality of the received control wave, data is developed about the package of HF frequencies on which it is expedient to conduct an exchange of communication, a receipt is formed on the received information and is transferred on the frequency chosen for communication.
EFFECT: reduction in time of delivery of messages, increase of reliability of management, increase of noise immunity, increase in reserve of an exchange of messages.
