FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: device has frame with sections hingedly installed on it. Each section has working element connected to drive to perform working operations. On working element, which represents wheel, having disk and ring, there are lattice blades arranged hingedly and pairwise with elastic clamping grips. Blades are installed with the possibility of guide blocks acting on them for counter pairwise motion towards a row as clamping grips are located under a layer of earth and are fully opened over grass bin. Blades with clamping grips are installed into sectors of wheel, apart from sectors of wheels corresponding to area of row, where cultivated plants are planted.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to improve quality of weeds removal in rows of plants.
