FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises seeds hopper and working elements. Working element represents a wheel, having chambers formed by pairwise hingedly installed solid blades. Blades are mounted with the possibility of guide blocks action providing for closed position of chambers in process of motion and opening as they are located over the ground. Seeds hopper includes sowing disk, which is rigidly fixed on shaft. Sowing disk has grips by number of working element chambers for gripping of seeds, and also guide blocks for opening of gripped seeds in hopper under a layer of seeds and over chute that supplies seeds into according chamber.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to simplify design and to improve reliability of device.
