FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to cardiosurgery and can be used for treating atrioventricular valvular heart disease. That is ensured by excising the pulmonary valve with a pulmonary artery trunk cut off at the bifurcation level. While preparing of the pulmonary valve to be ingrafted, the pulmonary artery trunk is sliced longitudinally from an excision point to the commissure vertex level with three incisions along the lines passing through the middle of semilunar sinuses of the pulmonary valve. The shaped strips create petals with symmetrically reduced in their width by 2/3 with rounding off the petal base gaps. The atrioventricular valve is removed together with subvalvular structures. A formed pulmonary autograft is placed in a fibrous ring of the atrioventricular valve. When replacing a mitral valve, two petals of the autograft are fixed to the vertices of papillary muscles of the left ventricle, while the third petal is fixed to a lateral wall thereof. When replacing a tricuspid valve, three petals if the autograft are fixed to the vertices of papillary muscles of the right ventricle. The fibrous ring of the autograft is fixed to that of the atrioventricular valve. An output right ventricle is restored with a xeno- or homograft.

EFFECT: method allows increasing durability of the atrioventricular graft, enabling the graft growth with somatic growth of a child, preserves the auricle volume and structure and completely keeps the annulopapillary integrity, and reduces operation length.
