FIELD: medicine, cardiosurgery. SUBSTANCE: for operation one should only apply the part of valvular folds with papillary muscle faced with synthetic tissue. The latter is withdrawn through a gashing in ventricular wall onto its external surface. The part of prosthesis fold should be fixed to defect of patient's valvular fold to perform hydrodynamic sampling. Synthetic material is fixed by sutures at external cardiac surface. Through gashing is sutured up in ventricular wall. The method enables to keep the part of patient's own fold, prevent development of fibrosis and calcinosis processes.
