FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to maxillofacial surgery and can be applied for osteosynthesis of zygomatic bone damages combined with arch fractures. A K-wire is introduced through a skin puncture over the malar arch into a body of the malar bone and fixed to an alveolar process of the upper jaw. Subcutaneous Krogius loops cover the malar arch through the same skin puncture with using an atraumatic vascular circle needle with Vicryl suture.
EFFECT: method allows reducing injures and simplifying the surgical procedure.
