FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compression moulding of cap. Proposed machine comprises rotation support and multiple moulds for compression moulding on support arranged around rotational axis. Note that each mould comprises male die and female die. Note also said both may displace relative to each other between closed, compression moulding, position and open position. Each made die incorporates rod and extractor sleeve surrounding said rod for its rotational and axial displacement. Each female die is engaged with extractor sleeve via first screw gear to rotate extractor sleeve around aforesaid rod when one die moves between closed and open positions. Device comprises second screw gear for engagement with support in axial displacement of extractor sleeve along mould rod with sleeve revolving around said rod. This results in extraction of cap by extractor sleeve when one die displaces relative to another one toward open position.
EFFECT: higher quality of cap thread and accuracy of sizes.
