FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vibration absorber laminar material to be used as coat for various thin-wall structures operated in a wide range of temperatures in aircraft and spacecraft. Proposed material comprises synthetic fibrous nonwoven material made from polyoxydiazol or aramide fibers, polymer film made from copolymer of tetra fluoroethylene and hexafluoropropylene, and an additional layer representing synthetic fabric made from aramide fibers. Polymer film and synthetic fabric are arranged consecutively on unwoven synthetic fibrous material with the following layer thickness ration, mm: unwoven synthetic fibrous material - 2.0-2.5, said polymer film - 0.1-0.2. Said unwoven synthetic fibrous material can additionally incorporate reinforcing mesh from polyoxydiazol fibers.
EFFECT: efficient vibration absorption in temperature range of -60°C to +180°C.
