FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: intermediate hot-rolled strip of as high as 900°C temperature further is processed into steel strip containing micro-alloying elements V, Ti, NB, total sum of which does not exceed 0.2 at thickness ≥ 0.7 mm. The steel strip has ratio of yield load/breaking load ≥ 70%, fine grain structure with grain point over 10 by standard ASTM E 112 of more, than 90% of whole structure and ratio of ultimate stress under load to yield load σFp/Rp0.2≥90%.

EFFECT: production of strip with metallurgical and geometrical characteristics of flatness and deformability facilitate its suitability for fabrication of light structures with high mechanical strength; said strip can substitute hot-rolled strips at production of finish stamped or cut items.
