FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of cardio-vascular surgery. End of receives vessel is beveled at specified angle to its longitudinal axis. In receiving vessel longitudinal cut in its wall is made. In the cut an oval hole is formed by means of instrument which includes two operating branches, connected pivotally, with possibility of interaction with each other with cutting edges of rounded shape, each being provided with movable handle. Through longitudinal cut in the wall of receiving vessel intraluminally introduced is one branch with rounded edge, the other branch, made in form of frame of rounded form, is placed extravasally, branches are drawn together and rounded hole in receiving vessel is bitten out. After that branches are turned at 180° and above mentioned operations are repeated contralaterally, received vessel is sewn into formed oval opening.
EFFECT: method extends arsenal of means for creation of intervascular anastomosis.
