SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to plastic surgery and can be applied for reconstructive rhinoplasty in case of unilateral cleft lip, in particular in case of secondary rhinocheiloplasty. Essence of method lies in carrying out open rhinoplasty. For this purpose lateral pedicle and greater wing cartilage arch are mobilised on cleft side. Skin and mucosa anteriorly from the cut in region of nostril fornix and edge of comb-like fold are mobilised, forming mucocutaneous pocket. Position and length of medial pedicle are aligned by successive fixation from bottom upwards with medial pedicle of healthy side on the basis of supporting cartilage transplant. Lateral pedicle of greater cartilage of nose wing is moved into symmetrical with opposite side position into formed mucocutaneous pocket, after which it is fixed to nasal lining.
EFFECT: application of invention allows to achieve complete symmetry of nose tip and preserve its esthetic form in future.
