FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to plastic surgery, can find application in reconstructive double-sided cheilorhiniplasty. Essence of method lies in cutting out flaps through symmetrical arch-shaped external and internal cuts in region of columella and displacement of flaps and nose wings in necessary direction. Cutting out flaps, external cut is performed from base or medial third of columella, under base of nostril threshold and nose wing curve, internal - from wing cartilage arch down behind medial pedicle of wing cartilage on nose bottom onto internal surface of nose wing, further on crest-like fold to the middle of its length. Each flap has two feeding bases: in region of nasal vault and internal nose wing surface. After retrograde dissection of medial pedicles and removal of cellular tissue between arches of wing cartilages, the latter are sewn to each other, forming nose tip. Widened bases of nose wings are displaced to the centre by means of buried suture, which allows to rotate cut out flaps in medially and upward. In order to align edges of wound in region of upper lip and edges of wound of nose wing bases and columella two small sections of skin located in projections of nasolabial folds on longer wound edge are dissected.
EFFECT: application of claimed invention allows to eliminate residual nose deformation, is aimed at improvement of esthetical result of operation.
