FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to livestock farming. Method includes mixing of carbohydrate, cryogenic-protector and lipid-protein components in water medium, mixing with sperm and freezing of produced mix, and then its unfreezing by means of heating, when required. At the same time sperm with medium for dissolution are mixed in the ratio equal to 1:1. Further freezing of produced mix is carried out on fluoroplastic plate, previously submerged into liquid nitrogen for 10 minutes, where then produced granules are placed for storage. Prior to application freezing of dissolved sperm granules is carried for 5-10 minutes at the temperature of 40°C in the medium of the same dissolvent, composition of which is complemented with carnitine in amount of 30 mg per 100 ml of solution. Ratio of dissolvent and carnitine to frozen granules of sperm makes 3:1. At the same time medium of the following composition is used as dissolvent, wt %: lactose - 2.17, citric acid - 1.52 tris-(oxymethyl)-aminomethane - 0.27, glycerin - 2.0, bromide-N-0.025, hen's egg yolk - 15.0, water - the rest.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase impregnation capacity of animals due to improvement of used sperm quality.
