SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical science and technology and can be used for antibacterial ultrasound irrigation of biotissues with drugs. The device contains an ultrasound generator and a loudspeaker placed in the bearing framework, comprising an electromechanical transducer, a concentrator of mechanical vibrations and a single-half-wave waveguide-based tool with a through axial channel connected with it. In the area of node of oscillations of the waveguide-based tool in the axial channel there is an approach hole for approach of the flexible tube connected to the medicinal solution delivery system in the form of the disposable syringe filled with a solution and rigidly fixed to the bearing framework through the holder. Site of the waveguide-based tool in the area of vibrations is made in the form of an axisymmetric acorn-like bulge, in which central part there is an approach hole perpendicular to the axis of the waveguide-based tool and the power input socket connected with an elastic tube is set. The holder includes a fixing lodgment for a syringe framework and a bearing ring fixed on the bearing framework with a fixing screw.

EFFECT: invention use allows to increase the level of radiated power and to obtain comfortable solution drug delivery system.
