FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to devices for thermo- and photochromo-ultrasonic therapy. Device contains ultrasonic generator, made with possibility of continuous or non-continuous generation of ultrasound, acoustic system, located in bearing case. The latter includes electromechanical converter from ring piezoceramic elements, reflecting overlay, concentrator of mechanical fluctuations and connected with it waveconductor with developed irradiating butt end for contact low-frequency ultrasonic processing of biotissues through technological padding, impregnated with ozone/NO-containing medicinal substance. Waveconductor-instrument is made in form of thin-walled unilaterally convex disk-shaped irradiator, located axis-symmetrically with respect to central axis of acoustic system and connected on its internal generatrix with concentrator of mechanical fluctuations. Concentrator represents disk-shaped conical-cylindrical element, provided from the side of larger base with cavity in form of paraboloid of rotation, and on smaller base generatrix thread for connection of reflecting overlay is made. Overlay consists of sleeve nut and support disc with ring projection and compresses ring piezoceramic elements between support disk and concentrator of mechanical fluctuations. Device is provided with ring light-diode matrix with evenly distributed on it semiconductor light-diodes, irradiating continuously or non-continuously through holes made on butt end of bearing case and located outside disk-shaped irradiator of wave-conductor-instrument. Light-diode matrix irradiates together with ultrasonic impact on biotissues, both in visible spectrum zone and in the nearest infra-red and ultraviolet regions. On butt end of bearing case installed is elastically deformed detachable protective screen, whose internal surface possesses possibility to reflect irradiations of semiconductor light-diodes.
EFFECT: application of device will make it possible to increase efficiency of treating inflammatory processes and complicated wounds by complex impact with low-frequency ultrasound, thermal radiation, light-diode radiation in combination with highly active ozone-containing medicinal substances.
