FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment and can be used for antibacterial ultrasonic irrigation of biological tissues with a drug solution with simultaneous complex stimulation of their regeneration by high-coercive magnetic field, photochromic radiation and high-amplitude ultrasound. Device comprises a bearing housing, comprising an ultrasonic compartment with an ultrasonic piezoceramic transducer mounted therein, connected to a waveguide-tool, provided on one side, in the O-O offset assembly, a nozzle connected by means of a supply tube with a syringe, and on the other – a through axial channel having a helical thread on the working area, wherein the device is made in the form of an injector consisting of the right and left halves, forming, at connection, the bearing housing, additionally comprises a photochromic compartment with a super-bright or ultra-bright semiconductor light emitting in the visible part of the spectrum, e.g. "white", "red", "yellow", "green", "blue" spectrum, power compartment with linear reciprocating actuator installed in it, including support rod and pusher, conjugated with piston of disposable syringe installed in support cradle, elastically deformable elements of which are made in pairs on the right and left halves of the bearing body and fixing the syringe body, on the waveguide tool, the helical thread on the working section is made rolling on the terminal section in the cone-shaped radiating nozzle, formed in the form of a stepped pyramid, the base of which faces the nozzle opening, and the vertices of the rectangular annular projections are tangent to the straight line forming the cone, wherein annular surfaces of the projections facing the nozzle opening are made radiating along the waveguide axis of the tool, and perpendicular to them annular surfaces of protrusions are made radiating radially to axis of waveguide-tool, wherein in handle of bearing housing there installed are control module of modes "ultrasonic spraying" and "photochromic radiation", main trigger button, combined with buttons for selecting, switching on and off modes "ultrasonic spraying" and "photochromic radiation”, and on supply tube, conjugated with tip of syringe, high-coercive permanent magnet made, for example, in form of ring from alloy neodymium-iron-boron (NdFeB) with radial direction of magnetization is installed.
EFFECT: use of the invention widens the range of products for antibacterial ultrasonic irrigation.
