SUBSTANCE: invention refers to fire-fighting equipment, namely to fire extinction of classes A, B, C, and can be used in manufactures of gas, oil, coal, mining, chemical and nuclear industry, in industrial buildings and facilities, warehouses, as well as in transport, and for fire protection of garages and offices. Summary of the invention: extinguishing agent includes gaseous deterrent - nitrogen, liquid flame retardant, and it also contains liquid ammonia or ammonia solution of ammonium carbonate or ammonium bicarbonate or carbamide or a mixture thereof, and as a liquid inhibitor 85% orthophosphoric acid mixed with water and gas - propellent - carbon dioxide or its mixture with air is used at the following component ratio: 85% orthophosphoric acid in the amount of 40-48 wt %, water 20-40 wt %, carbon dioxide or a mixture of carbon dioxide from the air -3-7 wt %, liquid ammonia or an ammonia solution of ammonium carbonate or ammonium bicarbonate or urea or their mixture - 8-10 wt %, gaseous deterrent - nitrogen - the rest. The objects of the invention are also the way of fire extinction of flammable and combustible materials using the said extinguishing agent and the device for its implementation.

EFFECT: expansion of temperature range of the composition application from (-60°C) to (+70°C), increasing economic efficiency due to lowering the specific fire extinguishing concentration.
